It made of embossed aluminum on the top side and smooth aluminum bottom side.It is one three trim pieces for ther RH door opening. These pieces are often lost, damaged, etc. During restoration and painting. I have not cleaned it but with a stiff brush and some Ajax type powdered cleaner will revert to its original bright aluminum.
