No instructions or hardware if there was supposed to be any. New old stock GM accessory # 987428 we find in Chevrolet parts book for 1968-72 CK123 pickup, Blazer and Suburban. Partly torn package but the two pieces themselves look very nice. Most of those guys do not even own their parts, they are relying on the parts being shipped from some third party IF have them and you know condition until it arrives at your door.
